Going to be tight with the current 787 scheduling for the winter:I wouldn’t be upset if this remains the case as I love going to PVR and it’s much more comfortable on the 787!
HNL/OGG is noticeably absent from this list.Going to be tight with the current 787 scheduling for the winter:
LHR/CDG/NRT - Daily
CUN - Up to 13x weekly
PVR - 5x weekly
GRU - 3x weekly (This effectively uses up a full frame for the week due to the 30-ish hour turn time).
Also means ICN likely remains summer seasonal too.
I suspect the Hawaii routes won't see the 787 this year (though I also thought that last year). HNL/OGG aren't even year-round anymore.HNL/OGG is noticeably absent from this list.If an extra frame is needed for ICN for winter ops, could that come from decreasing CUN frequency from 13 weekly to 7?
Was at YYC yesterday, they've started replacement of the YYCLink system between A and B, it's all boarded up. Same with he moving walkway down concourse A. There's a new-ish looking walkway behind the hoarding that is visible. I think there was always a walkway there but the one that's visible now (sorry didn't get a photo), definitely looks new. The old Chinook lounge location (closed during Covid) has a demolition permit outside, so likely a new domestic lounge or retail.Sounds like a lot of upgrades are coming with both concourse A and C to be redone in 2030/31. Also two more AeroNex projects will be announced this year
Aiming for over 25 million passengers by 2030 is ambitious to say the least

'Centre of excellence': Calgary Airports highlights domestic concourse makeover, other capital investments
Travellers will see more construction at the Calgary International Airport as all domestic concourses are updated over the next five years.calgaryherald.com
With the new centralized screening, do we see them demo’ing the glass curtain wall to bring the curbside retail between the domestics concourses, airside? Or what exactly are they doing with the YYCLink system? Was at YYC yesterday, they've started replacement of the YYCLink system between A and B, it's all boarded up. I'm guessing those 6 destinations would be Westjet when they get their 789's.Little tidbit at the end that YYC is targeting six additional routes to East Asia and Europe. Not sure if I missed any route updates

How YYC is emerging as a key international connector
Travel trends at Calgary International Airport (YYC) are shifting, and the airport is hoping to capitalize on this by expanding its international network. Airport leaders say they are looking to re…calgaryjournal.ca
I saw somewhere it was being decommissioned because whoever made the vehicles don't anymore and they can't find a replacement. I think A/B/C are pretty walkable, they just need a better solution to get to D/E especially if they want to be a major connecting airline mentioned in that article. With the new centralized screening, do we see them demo’ing the glass curtain wall to bring the curbside retail between the domestics concourses, airside? Wait, they built that little system and now, as they're centralizing security, they're shutting it down? Some things just make you laugh at their ridiculousness. Doesn't seem like a fault of YYC but I'm surprised you can't just do a golfcart and trailer combo to haul people. It's tough as a non-able-bodied person to begin with, this is just another thing.I saw somewhere it was being decommissioned because whoever made the vehicles don't anymore and they can't find a replacement. In Frankfurt I had to walk almost 2km between connections. That's the longest walk I can remember. What do other airports do for a people mover between spread out concourses (not terminals)?
