If not for the rendering no one would be complaining about the facade. It’s typical condo facade and same stuff all the other condos in Calgary have been using. The rendering was impractical; no one wants to live in a fish bowl. This is a great building in a good location with a good scale. I’m hoping the beltline fills up with 10-20 story condos like this. Then we can build some super talls with cool architecture and the price points that make those work.
