No, but I live across the street, and loved the businesses in the demolished Western Block, as well as the Backlot.

With this huge discrepancy from the renderings, I am worried and curious on how Lincoln and Imperium will look like.
My bet, its cheapned down, especially Imerium.

Truman has delivered quality on a lot of their products, First & Tenth is just one development. Let's wait and see.
 
I don’t think this looks bad, but then again I wasn’t expecting the finished product to look like the rendering.
 
Damn. If I purchased in this building I would be demanding my money back. This is not at all what was advertised, and quite frankly, I find this to be shady business practise. There is a huge difference between true floor to ceiling window wall and whatever this junk is. Feel bad for anyone who purchased here and has been mislead.
 
I finally saw it in person and frankly im fine with the panels because they are nice and shiny glass, its the cheap aluminum frames around them and the horrible vents.
