Anyone else received an email at the end of December/beginning of Jan about new final tentative date for Phase 1? Mine said July 2023...wonder how accurate that is given the current state of the buildings. Any insight?
 
Drove by the site today and noticed that the curved wooden roof on the village square is substantially complete. Sorry, I did no have time to grab a few photos. The retail sections bordering the Lakeshore also continue to advance but are some ways from completion.

Initially, I thought this was Bridge house but it appears to be the plot immediately east of it and due south of Brightwater 1 and 2:
