September 29 - I shopped here today and it was a fantastic experience with the LCBO and Farm boy. The small surface lot was jammed so I used the underground for the first time and man, that is the way to go. .
Photos of the Mason, Brightwater 1 and 2 and Townhomes to be posted in their respective threads.

After all these years, I noticed a pin for the rentals:

but it errors out when clicking on the Project Forum link. I'm just gonna leave this shot here and @Paclo or another mod can move it if they wish. She's done anyway.

Brightwater Density was approved tonight.

+ 898 Units (Apartments)
+ Tallest stories increased to 35
- Removed Office Space which is a no brainer

I assume they will start building a CMHC Funded Rental Apartment building there in 2025.

November 21-what was previously construction parking since the start of the project has now been partly landscaped. The former sales office which had been located on the SW corner of Lakeshore and Mississauga road appears to be a permanent community type structure now as it has been integrated into the park.

Ok, I didn't have enough coffee this morning when I posted above. Looking at the plans reminded me that the little landscaped area is temporary.

All quiet at Brightwater in this December 28th, 2024 photo just as the fog broke. There appears to be some shoreline work commencing with the southeast corner of the site being used for staging.

The Mason, Credit River Way and Brightwater Towns are each occupied.

By my count there are now over 700 units completed. Despite this, the only area where I could find any people on a Saturday afternoon was the Farm Boy parking lot. The streetscaping looks quite promising on some of the interior roads with wide sidewalks and landscaping but of course Lakeshore Road is like walking on the side of a highway. Still a bit difficult to fully visualize the final product as Brightwater II, The Mason, Credit River Way and many of the townhouses are facing vacant blocks.

Apparently they are still months away from final closing... i.e. registration with the city. I wonder what the delay is.
