The dozens of taxi stands indicates its probably alot less than you think. In my building on Dan leckie I saw so many pilots who lived there.
Taxi stands are not private vehicle parking lots, right?

I know how well those taxi ranks are used, I've certainly used them myself. But people who complain about the ferry and parking on the island side don't seem to grasp who is actually using it.

Just came across this on Facebook. Looks like Nav Canada may be testing approach paths. Looks like the Portlands would be completely avoided.

This is a regularly scheduled occurrence, which happens every 30 days I think? That NAV Canada program also sometimes lands and stages those planes at the Island too.

We need a definition of "benefiting all of Ontario" because as far as I can tell everyone uses GDP to account for something benefitting the country, By your logic any of these new "canada strong" projects will never benefit Ontario.
saying "experts are skeptical" is not enough to counter this statement.
Why would you call it a non-sequiter its litterally following up on the idea that if a project is in the publics best interest local residents shouldnt be able to completely veto it.
I question any of the claims of GDP growth attributable to BB expansion. Any traffic not served by BB would be served by Pearson.
