I've remanded the thread to remove the reference of the Andaz expansion since it's no longer an expansion but a separate hotel with its own branding (Hyatt House) connected with a skywalk.

I also can't find the actual application for the George facing tower? I see a site plan for a temporary parking from 2017 but it doesn't even match to this currently approved version. But if you look on those drawings Claridge seems to have something about a future development?
