That one will always be a mystery to me. They have the capital, and the site prep has already begun. Did you get a look at the progress on the hotel?
Based on the hotel's renderings that show the apartment building behind, seems to be the same proposal as in 2013, so 23fl/70m.Anybody sure of what design, format or height we're getting here?
