If I were them, I would offer to apologize, if she would also apologize for being such a b****. Oh wait, she doesn't seem to want to apologize for that.
Funny how left or right gets identified these days based on those questions. My responses placed me firmly left, which in my mind I’m pretty centrist. I’m a progressive conservative, of old, but wouldn’t call myself that now, more like a lougheed/mulroney conservative. I don’t think that makes me left. This is an interesting poll by CBC in that it’s available for individuals to take And rates your response relative to those polled.
8 quick multiple choice questions with surprisingly accurate results (at least based on mine).
Much better than the Province’s “we’ll just change the poll half way through and combine the results”. Really! You just can’t make this sh!T up.
Could be both - lies and a bad memory. In any event, definitely triggered her. How dare they question the dear leader! This thread on Smith's recent comments and deflection on the Jasper fire response report is very good - it includes brief video footage of Smith and her minister during the fire contradicting what she is saying now.
Smith lies or has a bad memory. And she got very triggered by this report.
Starting to sound and act a lot like the orange POS down south. This thread on Smith's recent comments and deflection on the Jasper fire response report is very good - it includes brief video footage of Smith and her minister during the fire contradicting what she is saying now.

Shouldn't it hit a "record high"... every time money is added? As long as money isn't withdrawn, it should always grow.Yawn....

Supply management is what prevents Canadian ag industry from getting crushed by international supply chains. A rural Albertan farmer will never, under any circumstance, produce a dozen eggs more cheaply than a competing farmer in Brazil. As reported by Rob Breakenridge, Premier Smith said that “creating our own Alberta version of supply management, maybe as a pathway to a market system and maybe just because it would stick our finger in the eye of Quebec ... might be (something) we want to do a little consultation on”.
Coming on top of her demanding an apology from Jasper for stating the truth, one has to wonder how petty can she and her government get? I can well imagine her outraged response if Quebec announced the potential adoption of a new policy “simply to stick a finger in the eye of Alberta”.
How embarrassing.
I was not posting in support of supply management.Supply management is what prevents Canadian ag industry from getting crushed by international supply chains. A rural Albertan farmer will never, under any circumstance, produce a dozen eggs more cheaply than a competing farmer in Brazil.
Who is this policy possibly supposed to benefit? Or is it just more inflammatory nonsense to distract from the Province failing in their basic responsibilities?
I believe most of the dairy and eggs consumed in Alberta is probably coming from Alberta farms or elsewhere nearby in the west, so bring up Quebec is misdirection and a distraction.Supply management is what prevents Canadian ag industry from getting crushed by international supply chains.
