Duchess Bake Shop seems to be doing something in the vacant CRU just to their immediate south. They have signage up in the windows announcing that something under their proprietorship is coming soon. An expansion? Or another run at a Cafe Linnea-style concept, maybe?

The Ghermezians would never have butchered up the mall into the sad state it is in today. They sold the mall around 1990 to a company that owned multiple malls which did a copy-paste renovation to all their malls making them look the same.
