Carol’s Quality Sweets closed for good on New Year’s Eve.
Delavoye, a bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker, opened on 124 Street and 107 Avenue in December 2023.

Frida's def closed for good. Also alarming, Brown's Ale House, locked and a sign that says permanently closed.. Big loss if true.

2-3 stand alone residential buildings in the corner of 124th / Jasper are needed. There is enough CRUs for the next 5 years once the Cobalt is built out.
