Yeah this is actually looking quite good. Also, it is nice to see more of a mix starting to happen now in the area formerly known as Oliver, which has so many 3 storey walk ups built in a certain era, decades ago.The big corner windows are dope!
I was a bit skeptical that the rents would actually be below-market, and indeed it doesn't really seem like they are.Leston Holdings -- a sub-market housing developer -- is showing how it ought to be done... good for them!
It's possible (and likely) that the below-market units aren't being promoted through the same channels as the standard ones. They likely have units with below-market rents if for no other reason than the generous financial incentives available currently from CMHC.
