The floor plans are really quite functional; if I were renting I would forgo the dining table in favor of the bar seating in every instance, potentially extending the bar seating for more of that type.
It's almost like they have a strange requirement to include them in their floor plans because they are almost always in spaces where they would be more inconvenient than anything
There is a lot of free street parking (1 or 2 hours) in Wihkwentowin on 117 and 118st and even 115st all near 103 Ave. A very short walk.
But that may not be close enough for some drivers. There seems to be a mindset for some when driving that a parking spot needs to be directly in front of the business or it's no good. Any other transportation option - bus, biking, rolling, walking - requires some physical effort to get to the destination.
In the case of people with mobility issues, the need to be very close is understandable.
I don't think the target market here will be people driving in from Sherwood Park. This area is chock full of lots of other residential apartment buildings within fairly easy walking distance.
Their current offices are located in an old three story walk up on 117th St. between Jasper Avenue and 100th Ave. and will be moving to this new location once the building is ready. Leston bought my condo so I had to go to their existing office several times.
Really not a fan of the small windows and grey paneling epoch we seem to be in. If the windows are gonna be small, there should be more individual windows!
