but why, isnt woodbine mall suppose to leave?
The woodbine mall/centre is not going anywhere any time soon. The Bay is still there. One of the main reasons to visit the mall, especially during Christmas rush.
Once that's gone, then we can talk about future plans for the land...

... Clearly there is no longer the need for walls of six or more pay phones in multiple spots in subway stations/malls etc.
I'm sure an important feature for a mall to have in 2024, there was a bunch of six payphones (three more were on the other side of the wall behind these). Strangely, nobody was using any of them.

It's probably not going away in the near future, but if it gets to a point where it costs more money to keep it open than it would to shut it down, and there's no hope of anyone buying the property, presumably it could happen.

Payphones are the backup if something goes wrong with your smart phone. Or if you simply forgot to charge it.
Also handy to use while your smart phone is being repaired.

Considering Woodbine Mall is under a flight path how tall could condos be on the property?

The condos/Ascot co-op along Queensplate looks like a good indication of what to expect scale-wise. A few pages back, there were talks of multiple condos being proposed for the land.
Quantity over quality.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Candy Cart opened somewhere inside the Fair. Store directory lists the shop as Unit F006.

The description lists:
Cumberland Terrace, King Square Shopping Centre, Cloverdale Mall, Langham Square, Promenade Shopping Centre, Centerpoint Mall, Shops On Steeles & 404, Agincourt Mall, Woodbine Mall & Fantasy Fair

I didn't watch any of it except the first few seconds of the Woodbine Mall part, and I have never seen that many people there.

After Mr. Hinn forcibly evicted so many innocent business owners over the years, it's nice to see he is finally getting a taste of his own medicine

Seriously. He wants us to feel bad for him? Pffft, he had it coming! Hinn shut down all the small stores for his silly stores no one cared about. Now his silly store is the one on the chopping block.

The most talked about being the Ferris Wheel, which recently made headlines after getting stuck with 10 riders aboard.

Event Calendar could do with an update. It's 2025 now, but all they list is an opportunity to have your picture taken with Santa.
There is mention of new rides coming but nothing there really to click on to learn more about them...if they're even coming at all!! https://fantasyfair.ca/calendar/
