This one is at least due to an uphill grade I believe? Hence the switchback. But I believe the park one is all flat^ I noticed something similar in the Coronation photos the other day. Absolutely will be a desire line on the left path:

If I’m guessing it’s because there’s an intersection of pathways. The curves might help to slow traffic down approaching those and draw the eyes to the intersection. The additional reason may be to pull that intersection away from the road a bit,Anyone know what this is about?
