Sounds about right. Lots of projects had delays with similar rain in ‘22 & ‘24

Probably the worst locations are the mud-laden LRT Station sites (e.g.,, Decoteau/105 Street or 156 Street).

Now that ETS operates the Valley line, who do we talk to to increase frequencies and train lengths?

um, the train lengths can't be increased. it will always be a max two lrv's because of how long the city blocks are. city hall, in its infinite wisdom did not future-proof the line.

The Churchill Station is a little more than 90 metres long, enough for a 90 m train.

SPR seems to have water in some spots over 3ft deep based on the equipment submerged in them. Not ideal I’d imagine…
