Seriously, I really wish we could acquire Edmonton's 7-module Flexities for this line [6].
They have 26 cars, while Line 6 has 18 cars. Those extra 8 cars should be enough for a Woodbine extension and service increase.
The Edmonton cars are 40.6m long, while the Citadis are 48.4m.
Edmonton could have a unified Hyundai-Rotem fleet on the Valley Line, while we can send our cars to Ottawa to alleviate their LRV shortage, and have a unified Legacy/Line 5/6 fleet.
Fantasy I know, but it would be nice...
The Flexities were meant for Toronto, with their blue marker lights, red door buttons, and TTC/Bombardier chime
