I think once the staging and construction around Misericordia is complete, Marigold should work on restoring the 170 Street ntersection to its original configuration.
So that’s 6 months behind then currently. Guess we’ll see where it landsQ4 report is up: VLW
35% as of end of 2024. Not sure how much they could have done for Q1 2025 but hopefully close to 40%.
Project schedule now says it will finish June 2028. Honestly not bad given the scale of this project and considering Covid, supply chain issues, inflation, skilled labour shortage and just how massive the project is.

Woah. I’d be fascinated to know the financials and legal side of all of that if true.Rumour mill from inside ETS.
The city will take over operation of the low floor line, all of it.
Just ops or all of O&M?Rumour mill from inside ETS.

What does this mean financially? Is the city going to have to spend money it keeps on claiming it doesn't have to do this? If so voters could be p*ssed.Woah. I’d be fascinated to know the financials and legal side of all of that if true.
Proof? That’s gonna cost a hell of a lot to buy out transed and then buying all the capital and equipment needed to operate the line.Rumour mill from inside ETS.

I doubt it
I would suspect that ETS would be taking over cause the private operator would walk away. effectively jingle mail the keys to the system a la the 80’sWhat does this mean financially? No decision has been made yet but one thing is clear that they want to have one operator for entire line it could either be ETS or Transed . There is no cross training as of yet only TPO s from ETS side work on valley line will see what happens in futureRumour mill from inside ETS.
