^ Getting the Warehouse district streets and sidewalks wrapped up in 2025 would go a long way to speed up development around the park.

102nd Ave will no longer feel like a deadzone once the Westrich and Autograph apartments are built. I'm wondering if the Fountain Tire is going to stop parking on the sidewalk, though. That is going to become a problem.

^they actually have an agreement with the COE to park there and shift the 'sidewalk' along the north edge of their building. Actually.

They'll have to stop angle parking then I guess?
