What were they thinking with all the hotel sites? Three and now four with the CSEC option feels like way too many. Add in the Truman thing and surely five will never happen. CS needs to use this "no bad ideas" retreat to think of other uses for those sites. I could see the Cowboys one going away and becoming something else. Even Weadickville feels awkward, although it is at the end of 17th... Still I'd like to see something else where Weadickville was and the Big Four building is. Maybe that's where my Silos-like development could go. Along with a Ferris wheel that would give you a mountain and city view (to steal someone else's idea).There is also the Weddick village location, and the parking lot NW of BMO for potential hotel development. The Cowboys site is likely the cheapest to develop, as it's the smallest of the three.
Whoever had the idea for a year-round agriculture facility was on to something. A small little grazing area to teach us city-folk about farming and ranching would be very cool.
