I like that there will be some grass and green space in front of old city hall and not just a cold concrete plaza. Now if they would redo the main plaza in front of the municipal building...

Stumbled across this in my 'Nextdoor' feed. This lot has been empty for a few years now after the initial commercial (?) development stalled. https://www.engagetuxedopark.com/
I like this version much better than the original stalled project.
This building has been finished for a while, but first time I’ve seen it since it’s been open with businesses snd landscaping. It’s a decent development. City could use a few more of these sitting on the corners of intersections.

What a misleading headline. Lol, it will be repaid eventually.
Yeah, it looks like the city will be paying for it upfront, but the owner will pay via increased property taxes, etc.. If the owner can't pay the taxes, the city can eventually take it over and sell it. Either way the city will get their money.

Totally prime. Battistella and Bucci have shown they can do a great job of projects that size. RNDSQR and Minto could be in the convo. We'll know more once Annex and Courtyard are finished.
