Question, would TTC be allowed to take out private bank loans considering they’re in funding shortfalls. I know hospitals in Ontario were forced to take out private bank loans due to the Ford government being incompetent.

"The TTC" cannot take out private bank loans, because the TTC is not a separate entity, but an arm of the City. The City would be taking out loans, which is strictly regulated by Ontario law. As far as I'm aware they are allowed to loan for capital projects, but I am not aware whether or not SOGR would count as such (Doubtful), but day-to-day ops would definitely not.

Naw, Sherbourne’s always been a dwell stop for drivers. I used to have to take the 75 SB daily. On ultra-cold winter mornings I’d often get onto the dwelling northbound knowing it’d also be the next southbound—simultaneously getting a seat and avoiding the massive cluster-f lineup heading south.
The 75 last northbound stop is now at Sherbourne Station. The whole loop into the neighbourhood northwards is actually part of the southbound trip.
