Which is a good thing. The TTC and MX wayfinding standards need to come as close as possible, esp. with symbols. Fonts and the exact pantone of a line bullet don't matter. But using different symbols within the same station for the same type of service is silly.
They called this out as a concern in the wayfinding strategy they adopted back in October (along with short staffing and how inconsistent the TTC's own signage is). My thinking is the new standard might be a "branded" version of what Metrolinx developed.

Would be nice if the two other Airport Express buses from Mount Dennis and Humber College were shown as well (although they aren't in service yet)
I'm not sure that the Mount Dennis airport bus is coming. At least, it wasn't included in the bus changes they did back in October in anticipation of opening Line 5.

Interesting.. they’ve been releasing a alternate style mapping to the TR’s too.

Also I don’t know if this counts, but some buses are getting those updated LCD display format. They don’t work though so we have yet to see an activation. (primarily the 94xx series)View attachment 700309
We got a good look now. They have seemed to remove the news and informational video moving forward from 3507’s prototype. If you guys rode 3721, it seems they went with that design with a few minor changes.

I always think they should keep the time in the middle of these screens. Everyone is trying to get somewhere, not making joy rides.

Wow the TTC implementing something that actually looks competent and pretty well thought out? This is really jaw dropping!

I can definitely think of some other ways to improve the screen, but overall this is much better than the garbage that's displayed on buses today. I'll give them credit where credit is due.
