I’m fine with it. Relieved they aren’t taking out the whole half a block (except for the Purr building that can eff right off!)
Just thankful that it seems the historic 3 story building remains intact.

Tomkins Park and and this section of 17th will be a very cool place to stay. For those that subscribe to the Lululemon hotel theory a lot of those people will stay here and will be rewarded for it with good food and coffee options.

Nothing like wet asphalt or concrete to give it that realistic Calgary look!
Heh. The only time it would look that foggy is if was below -20, and those trees would be bare.
