anyone knows the possible occupancy time based on the current construction status?
They're aiming for 2026.

Like the folks over at 315 Spadina..........we have a very slow moving site here.........just over 1s of progress since my pics on November 5th, 2024.

~8 weeks a floor............

Can't help but feel like the podium could have been 1 - 2 floors taller...... Feels very squat and suburban. Maybe my opinion will change as the tower rises.

An increase to 45 storeys:

20-26 MAITLAND ST

To alter the development standards for the 40-storey mixed-use building (approved under Site Plan Control Application 19 240163 STE 13 SA) by increasing the number of dwelling units, the maximum permitted residential and overall gross floor area, that maximum permitted building height, and the maximum projection height of an elevator overrun. Also, to reduce the required number of residential dwelling units with 3 or more bedrooms, the minimum required amenity space, and the number of residentail visitor parking spaces. The new 45-storey mixed-use building (excluding mechanical penthouse) will have a total of 572 residential dwelling units and 7 residential visitor parking spaces.
