To alter the development standards for the 40-storey mixed-use building (approved under Site Plan Control Application 19 240163 STE 13 SA) by increasing the number of dwelling units, the maximum permitted residential and overall gross floor area, that maximum permitted building height, and the maximum projection height of an elevator overrun. Also, to reduce the required number of residential dwelling units with 3 or more bedrooms, the minimum required amenity space, and the number of residentail visitor parking spaces. The new 45-storey mixed-use building (excluding mechanical penthouse) will have a total of 572 residential dwelling units and 7 residential visitor parking spaces.

Variances approved with conditions at CoA last week.

Conditions include a $300k* cash contribution to Ward 13 improvements, TTC technical review and a minimum of 29.5% of units required to be 2+ bedrooms.

* The cash contribution shall be indexed upwardly in accordance with the Statistics Canada Non-Residential Construction Price Index for Toronto reported quarterly for the period from the date of the Committee of Adjustment decision to the date of payment.
 
The 'brick' does not look good; not in quality/texture and not in colour. I want colour but this looks like the old insul brick at its worst................ yuck. BDPQ usually does quality control better than this...

Also weirdly looks like it's missing grout, even though I'm sure this is the finished product.
