I'll just say I've lived in a very similar situation, and as a heavy sleeper got used to it almost immediately.
It's a new building, and I would assume as in almost all modern buildings having the windows closed shuts out most outside noise.
If you're a light sleeper and would somehow have to leave your windows open at night, or otherwise find it intolerable, why would you choose to move there in the first place?
