Looks a lot better than what the space has been like for the last decade. And actually useful given we are having a housing crisis.

a. whatever can be called of the housing crisis is not going to be solved by garbage like this singular development of unthical background (do your research)
b. the purpose of this forum is to comment and respond to the quality of what we build that contributes to our shared urban realm. if we followed your criticism method, we should just build anything and everything and not care what it looks like or how it functions
c. the last decade does not represent a stagnant condition of this site. are you aware of what happened here back in 2021? if we actually consider the site pre 2021, what was currently there before (or at least what it had potential for) was far better than this proposed nonsense IMO
