For some reason words like "pile of s...tuff" and "what a mess" come to mind, but I can't quite put my finger on it as to why.

This tower has looked done and finished for about half a year now. Judging by lights at night, the trades folk are still about half way up the tower working on the interior finishes. The glacial pace of Conservatory Group never ceases to amaze.

I don't believe there is any occupancy yet, I think those might just be lights from the trades people working inside.

Some images of how the street-level ended up. Btw the ‘tent’ for Cirque is literally across the street. I think that this area is big enough to support a smaller grocer (Leo’s, Rabba). Don’t know about official occupancy but there is stuff on lower balconies and cars going into the garage.
