I can see the north and part of the west side of the building
. I’ll check this evening to see how many lights are on.

A shot at 10:45 PM. Earlier in the evening more units showed lights. But the upper half of the building, or a little more, was completely dark. I would guess that there might be some occupancy on the bottom 40% of the building. But just a guess!

I don't believe there is any occupancy yet, I think those might just be lights from the trades people working inside.
