Oh thank you so much! I’ll send them an email. I submitted everything June 13 so I’ll update this forum once I receive anything in case anyone else submitted around the same time.

I almost can’t believe people are finally receiving their cheques. It’s been such a terribly long road!
 
Random question: Since so many of us requested our deposit back, are they still going through with the project?? Just out of curiosity..

Yes, I drove by it a couple of weeks back and it's taller than ever! Some structure which could be the walls between the units were up!

For anyone that may have submitted around the same time, I was told our claim has been reviewed and completed and is currently in queue for the approval processes!

Not yet. I believe they’ll extend it until the termination date. We have no choice but to wait — people before us waited seven years to get their money back.
 
Cheque received last week, July 30th. Holy fucking shit I thought this day would never come.

Who wants to meet up for a beer to celebrate? PM me if you're down and we can set something up. Would be nice to put some faces to names :)
