Just got mine, purchased a one bedroom 7 years ago (Uptowns). It went up by 33%. Anyone else purchase a 1 bed?

I received it today, I purchased one bedroom as well and increased price is 55.5% which is ridiculous. After waiting all that time and that's what we get. But they have mentioned someone will be in contact or if you want to call that person or visit him

For metro, they're asking to update the price from $490k to ~$730k
