According to Meg at KSV they have until April 25 to send out all the e mails…after that they still need to return to court…we are not getting our money for a while yet folks

If they do they better brace themselves…round 2 will be another nightmare. Can people post when they receive their notices, seems hardly anybody has yet Meg says several sent out already and they dont want to handle peoples responses and paperwork all at once…what a crock. They just dont want to send them out

No shot. Why would any buyer accept at these prices when you can find better deals. Plus, the uncertainty of KSV and the whole process should be a lesson to not buy precon.

I would not bet on it. They are buying time. I was told we will all be notified by April 25. I have a feeling we will all get notified on last day and after that another long out process
