The site has been neatened a bit since @AlbertC 's last visit, but is otherwise quiet.

A glance at permits shows the partial permit for shoring is still 'under review'.

This one still has none of its build permits.... no real sign of activity on the files since spring.

After your report, I checked the permits again........and there was no movement since early '23, so I went looking for more info and found:

The project was formally on pause as of February '24.

From the University Affairs Board:

She noted that, as previously reported, the Harbord residence project had been put on pause due to construction hyper-inflation and being re-evaluated, thus reflected the 2024 change in the budget numbers.

The revised project is on the agenda of the next meeting of the University of Toronto's Planning and Budget Ctte.
