^ Looks pretty cool!

A reduction in the site area of 0.2 square meters to widen the laneway.... that seems like a rather low figure. That amounts to something very very small.

The forecasted construction timeline of around August 2022 to July 2024 sounds a bit overly optimistic. The going average for buildings of this size in the city is typically closer to 3 years. So I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up getting completed in 2025 instead. Some of U of T's other recent ongoing projects like the Robarts expansion and Student Commons on College have also been slower movers.
