Taken 5 June.
Just a few thoughts. I don’t know what York was like in the past but overall it isn’t bad and the western part around the Pond residences is quite nice. Up by the tennis stadium there are a couple really big parking lots that I imagine are being eyed for development. Finally the areas around York are exploding, especially along Finch!
And all of this just as to the immediate south Downsview is about to start.

Okay after going through this just going to take the time to say You didn't even have to wait for concrete to dry and it took you this long 
someone give these guys and Pemberton two lots side by side and they can have a race and just to give ourselves a little bit more torture they have to be designed by kirkor

The finishing on this thing is unreal though. The detail is remarkable for a city project. Costs were not spared
