The West elevation (above image) is the one that will face the direction from which you took your photo.

Kingston Road is north for the purposes of the elevations.

But just to give you the others.

This is east:

This is north:

No comparable image exists for the south (Lake-facing) side.
Oh, interesting. So the front doors (the double set of doors on the North elevation) are facing Kingston Road, right by the bus stop. I guess I alwasy assumed that the front would be facing Cliffside Drive as the lot seems wider along that Cliffside stretch than along Kingston Road or Glen Everest. Thanks for sharing.

Ok, you know what, I stand corrected. Your assumption was right.

The front door is on Cliffside.

That's unusual, the City doesn't normally allow that.

I couldn't tell because the roads were not marked on the architectural plan.

So you'd be facing the south elevation which they don't show!

You made me double check.........and the Arch Drawings were non-revelatory.

So....I checked the Landscape Plan which does show Cliffside and the Front door.

This plan for the Ground Floor shows that how they are laying out the south side (opposite of Cliffside), there will be stairs in the central portion:

As the building climbs, they will be framed by suites on the higher floors.

Laundry and Admin on lower floors.

Looking at multiple floors I do not see any windows on the south elevation. So it appears it will be a blank wall of some description.

To show you what that looks like, this is the 3rd floor plan:

So the south side has a solid black line with no white spaces, that indicates no windows. You can see the white intervals on the other sides.

I apologize for my earlier mistake, it didn't even occur to me they would not require the building to front Kingston Rd.

That's okay. I ended up looking at these same drawings myself. I didn't know all that existed somewhere accessible to me as I never really had to look before. Your explanation of the solid wall helps. We knew that this building was coming when we bought or shortly after we bought our unit. I believe they added another story at some point but my concern was windows facing so close to us and that appears to not be the case, which is good. And the other 3 walls look architecturally interesting which is also nice. I think we will look over or look at the "mechanical penthouse" which probably is a lot less sexy than it sounds. I have attached a few other views that give us an idea of what we might see. Thanks again for all your help.
