Hello, I don't know much about building development but it looks like they were starting to build the foundation and now they are taking it away. Is this just something that is part of the building process or is something else happening?

And, while I am here, does anyone know the story with the old cars in the parking lot of the old coffee shop (now Kingside presentation centre)?

Thanks

From what I heard they poured their foundation wrong, fired their Construction Manager, and re-started. Not exactly the typical process.

It seems to be a gimmick for a presentation centre related to this:

...and oof! /sigh

Hello,

Does anyone have a view to what the west side of the building will look like. The one facing the mechanics (and our balcony)?

Thanks.

I don't see a full on render but this is the west elevation:

Thanks. That feels like one of the sides facing Kingston Road (most likely) or Glen Everest. It's hard to tell around here what is technically west but I guess what people would say is the facing the north side of Kingston Road is west facing. So thanks for this but I am looking for the side that is facing the garage (Optimum Auto Service).

The West elevation (above image) is the one that will face the direction from which you took your photo.

Kingston Road is north for the purposes of the elevations.

Correction, the north side is Cliffside in the elevations. I did not realize this as the roads were not marked on the arch. drawings and I assumed the front door would front Kingston Rd. I stand corrected. Thanks to Landscape Planners for including the roads!

But just to give you the others.

This is east:

This is north:

No comparable image exists for the south (Lake-facing) side.
