My understanding is that there's only studios available remaining. Have a few people I know looking for units and they were essentially turned away by lack of inventory here.

I don't understand the complaint about the ground level. Do we want another glass wall?

As I said. I generally like this building but think that both the mechanical penthouse and the lowest levels could have been better. Apart from the (probably illegal) Menkes signage the PH could have provided a burst of colour. In my opinion, it looked FAR better when wrapped in the blue waterproof skin. The street level and one floor up really do not fit or even look well constructed. I realise that some like the 'gold' - I find it looks tacky - stone (if chosen carefully) might have been better and look more 'substantial'.

Hi residents of the Whitfield, come by the Lounge tomorrow (Saturday) 9-11am for a cute casual morning get-together. We originally left a poster at concierge inviting people to our unit, but Property Management has since removed it, citing liability reasons...
