That view (the last shot) is like night and day compared to just a couple years ago...maybe 7 as T&S was basically in excavation then, but I cant recall.

I don’t hate it. If I could have picked one of the 3 businesses that were here before (Rehearsal Factory, Esso, Tim Hortons), I’d obviously take my jam studio back, but Tim Hortons is ok I guess.
Crazy the Whitfield already has a retail tenant before it’s started occupancy, meanwhile Time and Space across the street has been occupied for over a year and still not one retail tenant.

This was taken 6 years ago today. The view right now is just into the windows of the Whitfield, about 10 metres away.
(Roughly six hours after taking this phot, I was in the hospital with a baby on the way. He turns six tomorrow.)
