Look at that gorgeous building w that vibrant wonderful colour. And only 39 storiesThat’s the biggest disappointment.
Makes such a difference in any city’s skyline.

Just noticed they painted the eastern wall abutting the neighbouring building in the curve black. Looks great! Still wish they did the same for the underside of the balconies in the podium.

Agree that the black wall is an asset but think that painting balcony ceilings black would not have worked - it would certainly darken the Units themselves and the red/white contrast is good from the exterior too.
