For those who asked about timing here........

We're still not up the to the standard, repeatable and smaller floor plates of the tower.

Once we get there, which we should by October they'll be just ~ 40 floors to go.

We'll be able to assess the time pretty accurately once we see those rise.

At one floor per week, it would would top out (not complete) in summer '26.

At one floor per 10 days it would be top out in late fall '26.

At one floor per two weeks it would be late spring/early summer '27.

From top out, it shouldn't be more than 2 months to close-in the building, and interiors on lower floors will have been underway for some time.

But the time from close-in to early occupancy would probably be in 4 month range, I would think.

All subject to the vagaries of supply chains and strikes.

Good analysis.

As a person whose walking commute includes passing through the hoarding in front of this construction site for the last 5 years (???!!!) I'm so done with it and I'm looking for indications that the hoarding will be removed. In @AdamS 's photo, it becomes clear that the hoarding is or is soon to be irrelevant. The podium in front acts like hoarding, keeping construction about 10 metres from the sidewalk, more than sufficient to dismantle the hoarding and restore the sidewalk. Once the 4 story addition is added, the tower itself will rise on the corner of Centre Avenue and Edward St, far from University and Dundas.

Next signs I'm looking for are windows added to the historic building and glazing added to the podium.

Do you know guys if Ellisdon would be in charge of the ICT systems? I'd like to know about the Access Control and CCTV Tender

Davpart is such an underrated developer!

Lol where are all the sudden 5 star reviews coming from for Davpart?
I'm wondering if Davpart has an A team and a D team. Or did something change in the last 10 years from when this project was conceived, to their most recent proposals.

Because I dont know how one can build and conceive an amazing development like this one here, than drop your standards to abysmal garbage like 1910 Yonge:
