Such an improvement on the initial bad design. They could have even gone further with a more stunning exterior length/roof of structure.
Still a mystery what the overall colour scheme will look like. The renderings are still that vague.

I don't think 2029 is the target. That would be way too far out. Q2 2027 is my bet.

tentative occupancy has been pushed by builder to july 2027. since this is the first delay the firm date might be pushed back even further. with their rental guarantee, i bet they will delay it to late 2028/early 2029
