With the pace this project is going somebody should try to start building Rome see which one gets finished first my bet is on Rome before we even see the towers floor plate take shape

Looks like there's a ramp in there? Are they replacing the garage with above ground parking levels?

The building already has 7 stories of underground that's why it took so long so can't understand why they would need above ground parking with so much underneath

Underground parking is commercial parking. Levels 3 and 4 in the tower has the residential parking.

Lots of activity there in the past few days; one night, the cranes were still being used past 6:30 pm. I walked by a couple of times on Cumberland today and yesterday, and I would have taken pictures had I noticed any visible progress compared to what has already been posted.
