I feel like I'm way too hard on this project most of the time and then I come into the thread and I just can't help myself if somebody wants to tell me a project moving slower I will more than happily keep commentary there too I have more free time on my hands with it being winter and the fact that our developers don't like snow

Pemberton is a bit over six floors in 3 years.
TRCA is 4 floors in 4 5 years.

Is it fair to compare institutions on a fine budget over a run-of-the-mill glass box condo towers? Kinda feels like they need to be in their own league. >.<

This project makes The One look like Maple Leaf Garden (completed in less than 2 years).
Actually took 5 and half months to build it!
