... Several mistakes on that promo website alone...
Mistakes? How bad could they be? (The 'bridge' looks more like the starship Enterprise? Someone in 1912 looking at their smart phone?)
It apparently has been in other cities and reviews seem average, with some of the negatives being more about price, staff, or parking, than the actual exhibit.

It sounds like one of those things where you are given headphones and walk around for an hour or so looking at the various displays, maybe like the Pink Floyd one that was at the CNE or the F1 Exhibition downtown last year.

be constructed on the Lands and owned, operated, or leased to and operated by a non-
profit housing provider for the purpose of operating a social housing program (“Affordable
Rental Housing”) pursuant to Section 453.1 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, in consultation
with and to the satisfaction of the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning and
Executive Director, Housing Secretariat.

Term: 99 years

@Paclo will wish to note that Title here will requires changing to the Taxiway West.
Northcrest have maintained 'The Hangar District' as the marketing name for the neighbourhood. 'Taxiway West' seems to be only a planning designation for the area.
