9% sold.. so I would say too much.

$1,100/sf outside of downtown is just nuts in today's condo market. May have flown in 2021.. not today.

Part of the issue is you're barely recouping costs at $1,100. This was intended to be easily-digestible for the market to get the larger master plan kickstarted.

We're all in a deep hole here, unfortunately...
