Wow I had no idea activity was happening on site. Feels like just the other day i was using the gas station as my shortcut route to Cloverdale over to the bus stop on Dundas.

I must say, I do like the revision a slight bit more due to the canopy that they're using around what looks to be the entire site. This has the potential to look great, but i'm a bit skeptical on the materials QuadReal will ultimately use here. Hopefully we get some real good quality here.

Photo from this morning. Claybar is an environmental remediation contractor, so I believe that is what they are looking into before construction.
