As long as they have pride in their projects and a conviction to get it done, I am good with that. Imagine if we forced vacant land and building owners to have their company signs and logos on each one, along with the date they have held it.... So "This vacant land brought to you by..., since 1984"

They have 5 levels of underground here I think. Optimistically, 1 month a level.. so looking at May / June for reaching grade. Probably more like September, to be honest as this hasn't been moving super fast in general.
