When Copps was first built, the colours of the seating were celebrated as "looking full even if they're not"... I don't think that opinion aged well.

For most concerts, the arena will be fairly dark. So who cares about grey seat colour.

I'm excited to check this place out. I just got tickets to MGK in December. I went to my very first concert here in 2004, Hilary Duff. I'm sitting in almost the exact same seats for MGK.

Dating myself here, but I went to the very first concert at Copps Coliseum after it was built... and also went to auto shows, and hockey games, in the latter 1980s

Are they still going to paint the underside of the seating green like in the picture? The picture makes it almost look uplit or that it glows in the dark lol
